Reception / Office Procedures
This module teaches participants practical skills needed to fulfill the multiple duties expected of the administrative clerk in a fast-paced environment. Participants gain experience in the use and maintenance of office equipment and complete group assignments in which they prepare a mailing, coordinate an event and manage office supplies.
