WSC Board consists of up to 15 directors, appointed for a one-year term at the Annual General Meeting. Members are chosen for the Board based on maintaining an appropriate balance of skills, experience, and cultural background.
In addition, it is desirable that at least two (2) of the Directors be former WSC students or program participants. Directors may resign by sending a signed letter or email to the Board Secretary.

The officers of WSC include the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and when appropriate Past President. The slate of officers is approved by the general membership.
