Part-Time Individual Courses

WSC offers part-time Individual Courses (Certificate Programs)* designed to fit the varying needs of our students and their busy lives and at one affordable cost. You can choose the schedule that best fits your lifestyle, whether for professional development, personal growth, or just for fun. Classes are also offered on evenings and weekends.** In some cases, these courses can be counted towards an A.C.E.S. Diploma***.

Subjects cover a range from Microsoft 365 to Accounting and Office Administration. There is also a workshop series covering: Communication in the Workplace, Customer Service, Personality Dimensions, Working with Others, and Financial Literacy. Choose from our list below for more information and course registration.

The curriculum changes from year to year, but offerings often include:

Microsoft 365

MS Word

A word processing program that create documents, letters, reports, and resumes.

MS Excel

A spreadsheet program that organizes, calculates, and analyzes data.

PowerPoint

Presentation software designed to display data and information in the form of slides.

MS Outlook

Microsoft Outlook organizes emails, calendars, contacts, tasks, and to-do lists.

MS Access

A database management system that helps users create and manage databases.

Accounting & Medical

Bookkeeping

Keep records of accounts, verify procedures used for recording financial transactions.

QuickBooks

Financial management software to track income and expenses, manage bills, and process payroll.

Sage

Software designed for business accounting, payroll, and inventory management.

SAP for end-users

SAP implementation involves training to operate business processes smoothly.

*Individual courses (Certificate Programs) are not part of A.C.E.S. and not are approved as vocational programs under the Career Colleges Act, 2005.
