Jo Anne has a passion for community engagement and a robust background in employment and organizational development. Currently an Employment Generalist at YWCA Toronto and champion of employment services aimed at empowering women and promoting equity. Jo Anne is also President of CUPE Local 2189, leading negotiations and advocating for the rights of union members.
Alexander Rudnev, CIA

Alexander Rudnev is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) with extensive experience in financial
statement analysis, internal controls, and audit coordination. As Treasurer of the Working Skills
Centre (WSC), he oversees the review of financial reports, fund allocations, and variance
analysis to support transparent and informed decision-making.
Denise Hinds, MBA, PMP

Denise is an accomplished planner, manager, and leader with over twenty years progressive experience in a top Canadian bank. Currently working within Academia, Denise’s roles include Blog Editor, Research and Teaching Assistant for Dalhousie’s MBA program. She is committed to building positive organizations that complement values of respect and integrity.
Rikka Antonia Vescio

Rikka Antonia Vescio is a licensed Paralegal and founder of Vescio Legal Services. She holds a Specialized Honours BA in Political Science and a Graduate Certificate in Paralegal Studies. She is also skilled in fundraising and program development, and is dedicated to advancing equitable opportunities for all.

Vida has served as a volunteer and mentor for many years at Working Skills Centre. Her wisdom and expertise is invaluable in the Wise Women's Group.
Shideh Diananejad

Shideh has over 30 years of diverse experience and a dedication to leadership from teaching to architecture, TV, radio hosting, and customer service as well as a passion for art, community building, and immigrant integration. Committed to promoting respect, inclusion, and community development for a stronger Canada. Active in education and Scouts Canada, advocating for diversity and equity.
