Administrative Assistant with Desktop Publishing

Course Summary:

A program which provides training in Microsoft Office, reception, bookkeeping, and desktop publishing. Comprehensive skills training is provided for students to prepare for a variety of jobs in office administration.

Recommended if: 

  • You want a college-level diploma to apply for advanced office positions.
  • You want to become very experienced in a wide variety of Microsoft Office applications. 
  • You want the advantage of a specialization in bookkeeping and desktop publishing.

Prequalifications:

  • Successful completion of admissions test (Canadian Language Benchmark Level 5)
  • Youth 18 – 30 years of age
  • Able to participate full-time
  • Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Level/Credentials:

Upon completion of all courses, graduates receive a Diploma in Administrative Assistant with Desktop Publishing, registered with the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities (MTCU).
