Course Summary:

The Microsoft Office Specialist program is recommended for those who have administrative/secretarial experience but have been away from the workplace for an extended amount of time. The program offers training in the skills required to work as administrative assistants in various settings

Recommended if: 

  • You want to update your skills in office administration.
  • You want to improve your core Microsoft Office knowledge to an expert level.
  • You want to stay competitive with specialized knowledge for certain positions.

Prequalifications:

  • Some prior work experience in an office administrative environment required.
  • Women and gender diverse individuals (Must be legally able to work in Canada)

Level/Credentials:

Successful graduates of all courses will receive a certificate of completion.

* Course modules are hybrid – a mix of online and on-premises learning.

Course Fees:

Recipients of Ontario Works benefits are eligible for this course if they meet the admission requirements and are recommended by their Toronto Employment & Social Services case worker.

All Other Participants: $4,285.00 (books and tax included)
